Takes coordinate string (lat and lon delimtted by ',', lat lon pairs delimtted by ';', and features delimitted by '|'), identifies upland contributing area, re-calculates SEDMOD's delivery ratio based on the script's roughness parameter, re-calculates RUSLE based on script's RUSLE parameters, re-calculates sediment based on RUSLE and SEDMOD outputs.
